Sep 9, 2024 – Multnomah County board approves plans for new homelessness resource center, village-style shelter in Gresham.

Date	Activity
January – February 2025	Organize a workgroup for negotiations and deliberations of content in Good Neighbor Agreement (GNA).
February – March 2025	Announce shelter operator. Host 2nd community meeting and introduce GNA process.
March – July 2025	Construction begins on the facility. Convene GNA workgroup.
July – September 2025	Host 3rd community meeting to publicize content of GNA. Vote and approve GNA and post on project website.
November -December 2025	Construction is completed. Hold a press event and community sneak peek of facility. Shelter operator begins taking referrals.
