The Continuum of Care Board is a federal requirement for local governments to ensure alignment with Continuum of Care guidelines. The board reviews and approves the Continuum of Care application for federal funding, helps make decisions about what is funded locally with federal Continuum of Care money, designates the local entity that is the lead organization for the federal Homeless Management Information System, and provides planning feedback on the Continuum of Care.
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Board is responsible for the following:
Continuum of Care Board meetings occur on the third Thursday of every month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Members of the public are welcome and can join the webinar meetings at this Zoom link.
